These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions for using "kehai" (hereinafter "the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the operator of the App (hereinafter "we," "us," or "our") in connection with the use of the App.

Article 2 (Registration)

1. The App may be used anonymously. You may optionally register information such as a display name.
2. If you are a minor under applicable law, you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before using the App. The consent of a parent or legal guardian is required to purchase a subscription.

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)

You must not engage in any of the following acts when using the App:

1. Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals;
2. Acts related to criminal activity;
3. Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights of us, other users, or third parties;
4. Acts that destroy or interfere with the servers or network functions of the App;
5. Harassment, abuse, defamation, or other disruptive behavior toward other users during audio sessions;
6. Recording, capturing, or otherwise reproducing the voice or speech of other users without their consent, or providing or disclosing such recordings to third parties;
7. Impersonation, or registering false display names or profiles;
8. Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or use of automated tools;
9. Use of the App for commercial purposes, solicitation, or advertising without our permission;
10. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by us.
