How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended, Immediate)

1. Open the kehai app and sign in
2. Tap the Settings icon at the top right of the home screen
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm by tapping "Delete" in the dialog Note: If you have an active kehai Plus subscription, please cancel it through your App Store or Google Play settings before deleting your account.

Method 2: Email Request

If you cannot delete your account in-app, please email us: [email protected] Include in your email:

• Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
• The email address used in the app (the one from Sign in with Apple/Google) We will complete the deletion within 7 days and notify you upon completion.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be deleted:

• Account information (email address, user ID)
• Profile data (avatar and outfit selections)
• Focus session history (date, duration, room information)
• Streak information
• Emote send/receive history
